The BRS guided mentorship programmes from the initial entry (as an intern for 3 months and a 6-month programme as a trainee) where they get to work side by side with the giants of the industry and study the fundamentals of the trade, afterwards, they will continue up until the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) license is obtained which will enable them to feature as permanent facets of our team.
